1. Acceptance & Account Eligibility

By creating an account or using FeedCrafts, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this contract. If using FeedCrafts on behalf of an organization or creator brand, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

2. AI Video Generation & Service Scope

FeedCrafts provides creative studio tools leveraging cutting-edge deep learning models (such as Wan 2.1, Kling, and Hailuo) to convert text prompts and images into video assets.

• Autonomous GPU Inference: Synthesis takes place asynchronously on high-performance cloud GPUs. Generation times vary depending on prompt complexity and model queue depth.
• Generative Disclaimers: Because outputs are generated algorithmically, video generations may contain synthetic artifacts. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free or fulfill specific aesthetic standards.

3. Pricing Plans, App Coins & Daily Quotas

Generations require App Coins (Credits). Account tiers and quota limits are enforced as follows:

• Starter Plan (₹299): 299 App Coins, 5 daily video uploads/generations, and access to all AI models.
• Standard Plan (₹999): 1,000 App Coins, 50 bonus coins, 10 daily video uploads/generations, and access to all AI models.
• Premium Plan (₹2,999): 3,000 App Coins, 300 bonus coins, 15 daily video uploads plus 5 bonus uploads (20 daily total), and all AI models.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights in the text prompts, audio, and source imagery you upload (“Input”). Subject to third-party model license conditions, you own the generated video files (“Output”) produced for your account.

License to FeedCrafts: You grant FeedCrafts a limited, worldwide license to host, render, and transmit your content solely to deliver platform features and upload videos to your YouTube channel at your command.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibitions

You agree never to use FeedCrafts to produce or transmit:

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or incites violence;
• Deceptive synthetic media or non-consensual deepfakes designed to defraud or impersonate individuals;
• Media that infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights;
• Any automated attack, unauthorized scraping, rate-limit circumvention, or token tampering.

6. YouTube Publishing Disclaimers

You are solely responsible for ensuring that videos uploaded through FeedCrafts comply with YouTube Community Guidelines. FeedCrafts is not liable for content warnings, demonetization, or copyright claims on YouTube.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR AUDIENCE REACH ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
